• Reverse engineering or scraping the platform.
• Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Using prompts to violate the content policies of downstream AI providers.

4. Plans, Billing & Refunds

We offer both free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Taxes, currency conversion fees, or payment processor charges may apply depending on your region. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, branding, and original content on the Service remain the intellectual property of Video Prompt Generator or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the prompts, ideas, or materials you input, but grant us a limited license to process that information for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6. AI Output Responsibility

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease, but outstanding payment obligations will remain in effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Prompt Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages stemming from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

9. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Video Prompt Generator operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
